I read this today and found it totally amusing. Nations like Canada that signed Kyoto actually ended up increasing emissions by a substantial percentage over non- signatories such as the United States.
So much for the massive global Kyoto bureaucracy saving the planet…

Well Canada stands to benefit the most from Global Warming. It will attract all the seniors looking for the warm place to retire. And think of all the beach front property.
And please ignore those 400 scientists who indicate that human-produced carbon dioxide cannnot be proven to be the cause of ‘climat change’ ( used to be called Global Warming, until the cooler summers and colder winters started showing up recently).
